Ben is CUO, focused on developing and overseeing the strategy and growth of the business. Ben has been in the Energy Insurance market for 25 years and also serves as Chief Underwriting Officer for Marine, Energy & Renewables at Tokio Marine HCC International (TMHCCI).
His roles include a seat on the Tokio Marine Holding Sustainability Committee, where he is in charge of developing and delivering various environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives across the group. Ben is ACII qualified and has an MBA from Henley Business School, where many of his studies involved the implementation of ESG policies across many organizations.
Outside of his role in insurance, Ben is the Chairman of Trustees for Ashford Place, a charity supporting people with mental health issues across North-West London.

Fraser has recently taken on a broader role within the Tokio Marine Group, as Chairman of Tokio Marine’s new Green Transformation Strategy, TMGX he is now responsible for designing insurance products and facilitating investment opportunities in MGA’s and acquisitions across the TMGX corporate lines of business focusing on all aspects of the renewables industry.
As former CEO and Founder of GCube, Fraser has been responsible for driving the strategy and business development of GCube together with overseeing the international development of the company’s green energy strategy.
With over 40 years’ experience in the insurance market, Fraser has held senior level positions in brokers and insurance companies but since the late ’90’s Fraser has specialised in the renewable energy industry culminating in the sale of the GCube business to Tokio Marine in 2000.
Fraser hosts and chairs numerous events specifically focused on the renewable energy space and is a regular speaker at various events around the globe.

Olly is Head of Renewables at Tokio Marine GX (TMGX) and joined in 2022. Olly leads TMGX’s Global Underwriting division, helping build and drive the company’s robust underwriting performance and ongoing global expansion and brings with him in excess of 17 years experience in the London Renewable Energy Insurance market.
Olly previously served as a Divisional Director at RKH Specialty (now part of the Howden Group) before joining China Re and Chaucer Syndicates in underwriting.
